2. Service Bookings & Estimates
- All service requests made via the website or phone are subject to technician availability.
- Any price estimates provided over the phone or email are preliminary. A final firm quote will be provided on-site after a physical inspection of the HVAC unit.
- Customers in Makkah must ensure a legal representative (18+ years old) is present at the property during the service visit.
3. Payments & Billing
- Payments are due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing for commercial contracts.

- Failure to pay for services rendered may result in a suspension of future services and potential legal action to recover the debt.
4. Warranty & Liability
